BTY club At BTY CLB we’re known for our signature workouts with our infamous stage, light shows and beats you’ll take with you for days. Every class concept highlights different focus points. B BTY CLUBTY BASE The signature class in which resistance bands, ankle weights and kettlebells will be used. Get ready to burn the lower body by doing a lot of repetitions and simultaneously work beat based and get energized and motivated by the trainer on stage Level: Beginner, intermediate, advanced Location: Singel (AMS), Oost (AMS), Coolsingel (RTM) BTY ABS Format - and equipment wise the same concept as BTY BASE, however in this sequence the abs will be trained as well Level: Beginner, intermediate, advanced Location: Singel (AMS), Oost (AMS), Coolsingel (RTM) BTY UP During this workout there will be more strength parts (3) using a kettlebell and the participants will be challenged by using stronger bands and heavier weights. Level: intermediate, advanced Location: Singel (AMS), Oost (AMS), Coolsingel (RTM) BTY LIFT The most advanced class. Be ready to work with barbells and plates on your squats, deadlifts, lunges and glute bridges. Level: advanced (we don’t recommend this class if you’ve never worked with a barbell before) Location: Singel (AMS)
